Monday, December 11, the “An idea for France” section of 13 Heures focuses on a workshop that makes tables and chairs with plastic waste, near Marseille, in Bouches-du-Rhône.
Stéphane Testa had the idea of "creating plastic recycling micro-factories, which will use waste, normally destined for landfill or incineration, to create material which will itself be transformed into furniture or everyday objects". At the La Ciotat shipyard (Bouches-du-Rhône), Stéphane Testa, president and founder of Carbon Blue, is interested in plastic waste (New window) with which he could create new products.

He installed a small recovery unit as close as possible to the waste. Easily collected, they are shredded on site. On arrival, a new raw material, simple to transport and transform. Another resource for the entrepreneur: plastic caps, collected from a gardening store. Furniture in unusual colors leaves no one indifferent.
On the set of 13 Heures, Monday December 11, journalist Valérie Heurtel advises going directly to a nurseryman to buy your Christmas tree and going to the fisherman for fish in order to save money.
