Create the Tools to Recycle Plastic

Plastic waste management is a global challenge, but a local approach is essential for real effectiveness.
Our custom-designed micro-factories allow independent businesses, communities and companies to locally process used plastics.
This model promotes the circular economy by creating jobs. Currently deployed in France and internationally, our concept offers concrete solutions against plastic pollution.

Our patented, eco-friendly thermoformed composite panels combine aesthetics and performance: a recycled plastic matrix (PE or PP) is available in robust and durable colored plates, available in several shades to enhance your interior and exterior fittings.

Reinforced with wood or thermosetting materials (fiberglass, rubber), they offer lightness, strength and optimal recovery of plastic waste.

Carbon Color ® boards

After two years of R&D, prototyping, and testing, here is Carbon Color, a board made from 100% recycled plastic. Its black core made from recycled PE from pallets, pipes, and flower pots recycles plastic waste, while its thin, glossy, and colorful outer layer offers a silky feel and excellent UV resistance. Available in red and blue and customizable according to quantities, it measures 10 cm × 2.5 cm, the length of which can be cut to any length.

Waste reduction

Waste reduction begins with grinding or agglomeration, depending on the nature of the materials. Grinding cuts waste into 2- to 3-cm pieces, while agglomeration compacts them for easier processing. These fragments are then ground into homogeneous grains of less than 6 to 8 mm, guaranteeing a standardized material essential for the following steps. We have a wide range of equipment that will certainly meet your expectations.

Fusion of plates, boards and granules

Melting is a process of manufacturing semi-finished products, such as plates, panels, or pellets, by heating the material. This technique relies on the controlled application of heat, transforming raw materials into solid, homogeneous forms.

At Carbon Blue, we are continually innovating to expand the potential of transforming plastic waste into quality semi-finished products.
