Press

The hot press transforms plastics into uniform, durable sheets by evenly distributing heat through its heating elements. It offers precise control over both temperature and pressure to ensure consistent quality.
The cold press, equipped with an active water-cooling system, keeps the sheets under pressure to prevent any warping and speeds up the cooling process. This allows for a daily output of up to 190 kg, delivering a smooth and flawless finish.

V4 heat press

The Carbon Blue V4 heat press allows you to transform your plastics into solid and homogeneous sheets, combining power and precision. Thanks to its 48 heating zones controlled by 16 temperature regulation zones, it guarantees optimal heat distribution, suitable for both recycling workshops and larger production projects. Equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, the press ensures uniform compression and perfectly closed maintenance of the sheet throughout the curing phase, for a high-quality end result. In combination with the V3 cold press, this set will allow you to produce up to 190 kg of sheets per day.

Cold Press V3

The Carbon Blue V3 cold press takes over at the end of the hot press's firing cycle to ensure rapid and even cooling of the plates. Thanks to its active cooling system, using water or air circulation, it brings the material back to temperature in a time equivalent to that of firing, i.e. up to twice as fast as conventional cooling at room temperature.

This time saving doubles output while ensuring dimensional stability and impeccable finishing quality. Robust, reliable, and designed for intensive use, the V3 integrates perfectly into a continuous production line. Combined with the V4 heat press, it can achieve a production capacity of up to 190 kg of plates per day, while optimizing cycles and workshop comfort.

At Carbon Blue, we don't just recycle plastic: we supply the "shovels" of the ecological transition, just like Samuel Brannan who, during the gold rush, prospered by selling tools to prospectors.

Our modular, connected microfactories locally transform plastic waste into pellets or semi-finished products, eliminating transportation costs and emissions. This decentralized model replaces landfilling and incineration, giving way to an efficient, short supply chain, boosting the local economy while reducing the carbon footprint.

Reducing carbon emissions through innovative solutions. Making a sustainable future accessible to all.
