Agglomerator

The plastic agglomerator is essential equipment for the recovery of flexible plastic waste.
The principle is based on high-speed mechanical friction generating heat by friction, which softens the surface of the plastic without melting it completely.
This softening allows the particles to stick together, forming dense granules once cooled.

Agglomerator 50

The agglomerator 50 is equipped with an 80L tank. It processes soft plastic waste (films, bags, foams, fibers) into compact, uniform, and easy-to-store pellets. Its high-speed rotor generates surface heat through friction to soften the plastic. At the end of the cycle, water is injected to stop the friction and instantly solidify the pellets.
