Crusher
Crushing is a key step in the recycling process, where the material truly begins its transformation. After passing through the crusher or agglomerator, the material will be passed through the grinder to be reduced to particles smaller than 6 mm. This is also where the material can be dedusted using a cyclone.

Crusher 25
The Crusher 25, designed for efficient plastic recycling, combines a hybrid concept inspired by the “pineapple knife” and the rotary knife.
Its two types of blades ensure high-volume shredding and grinding with precision. At low speeds, it reduces noise while reaching up to 30 kg/h depending on the material.

Crusher 100
The 100 Shredder marks the true beginning of the transformation of materials into recycling. Reliable and versatile, it is easily integrated into production thanks to its simple and efficient operation. Essential in the workshop, it is recommended to combine it with a blade sharpener to ensure an optimal cut every time.

Cyclone 40
The suction cyclone40, located downstream of the grinder, separates air from particles by vacuum and rotation. It quickly evacuates and collects crushed materials while removing dust from the airflow, thus preventing equipment clogging.

Treadmill 150
The 150 conveyor belt ensures a smooth and continuous transition between the crusher and the grinder. It handles the material from the moment it leaves the roughing to efficiently transport it to the next stage of the recovery process.
